Description:
Use this drill to improve your basketball conditioning while sharpening your speed-dribble skills.
Setup
- You'll need a full-court for this drill.
The Exercise
- Start on the endline and sprint to the other end of the court while dribbling with your right hand.
- Now change hands and sprint back to the starting point while dribbling left-handed.
- Turn around and dribble to the length of the court again. This time start dribbling with right hand but change to the left at the half-court line while continuing to sprint.
- Turn around and repeat the item above back to the starting position.
- Now for the third sequence, sprint the length of the court, starting by dribbling with your right hand and changing hands at the foul line, half-court line, and foul line respectively.
- Turn arouund and repeat the item above to go back to the starting point.
- You have now completed one repetition of this drill
